Gas Prices Up...Alaska Pipeline Closed

"In a blow to drivers already struggling with high gas prices, BP shut down the biggest oilfield in the United States, cutting off about 8 percent of the nation's oil supply. BP said it had found 'unexpectedly severe corrosion' in the pipeline in Alaska's Prudhoe Bay. The U.S. Energy Department will consider loaning emergency supplies to refiners caught short of supply, a spokesman said today." (CNN.com)

So Momma and Daddy bought this nice big car (SUV...they call it) to tote me around in. It's great...I can look out all of the windows, and they can take my toys with us when we go to Grammy Arute's or Grammy DuPaul's. I think there is a problem with gas though, from what they say. They think I am not listening, but of course...they are wrong. Always listening...just not always understanding...

So I try to tell them the other day...why don't we just use my little blue car. I think it's pretty cheap on gas though I'm not really sure. We probably wouldn't all be able to fit, which might be why we haven't gone that route yet. Oh well, here I am...in my little blue car.
